You're looking from Guildhall Row out across King's Landing, into what is affectionately called The Serengeti. It's a bit more tundra-like in this shot, though. :) Standing here, you would be roughly in the middle of this shot.
In the middle-ground you see a frozen, snow-blanketed Lake Elizabeth. In the background, next to the newly re-christened Three Sheets Pub, is where the Dreadnought is now docked.
