Plas Mawr, Conwy, Wales, UK

Plas Mawr is "the finest surviving town house of the Elizabethan era to be found anywhere in Britain," at least according to the tourist info. I can't argue with that. Seeing it is a dream come true, and I didn't even know it existed until I read about it in Rick Steve's Great Britain a few months ago. If you've been through this blog much, you'll know what I mean, what with all of the Ren Faire pictures. :)

Count on seeing more of it in the weeks to come.

And in case you're curious, I'm not posting these in any particular order. I'm just posting whatever catches my fancy.
